In My Sweetest Escape by Chelsea M. Cameron, Jos Archer is forced to move in with her sister when her behavior changes for the worst. No one understands why she’s acting like a totaly different person and she doesn’t think anyone can understand her. That is until she meets Dusty Sharp.
I can say that I enjoyed reading about the characters in this novel and where the story went. It was a little slow to get me hooked but when it did the story turned for the better. I would have loved for Cameron to explore more on the topic that Jos and Dusty shared. I believe that’s what it lacked, more of a background story. Maybe it could have even a prequel to this novel. Maybe…
I give My Sweetest Escape 3 out of 5 stars.
