After suffering an injury from dancing, Teresa has enrolled at the same college as he older brother Cam . She comes face to face with Jase, who she not only has harbored feelings for, but is also Cam’s best friend.
I actually like Be With Me better than Wait For You. The story has many different aspects thrown in. It has the angst of going for the brother’s best friend, ex- boyfriend issues, broken dreams, and suspense.
Jase is a flawed character, which makes him more likable. Cam was perfect and I really liked him but Jase is well…Jase. He is something else; not only with his looks but also with how he confronts life. Teresa was also more likeably than Avery because I felt like she had a stronger personality. Both girls suffered traumatic experiences but each handled it a different way. I was rooting for Teresa and Jase from the very beginning.
There is a big reveal that I saw easily coming but I liked that it was exposed relatively early in the novel. It gave the plot time to develop and not just focus on that certain issue. I do wish that there could have been more about what happens next.
